Jennifer also works with eventing legend Jimmy Wofford.

Jennifer rode hunters and equitation as a junior and continued with hunters for a year as an amateur owner. During this time she worked with top international level hunter/jumper trainer and horseman Mike Henaghan. Mike is currently partnered with Peter Leone and works out of Peter’s Lionshare Farm in Greenwich, CT. www.lionsharefarm.com Jennifer has recently returned to work with Mike when possible to sharpen her show jumping skills and training.

Jennifer is immensely grateful to these outstanding horse professionals for their immeasurable help and their own dedication to the horses and horse sport.

Clients send horses to Jennifer, and students come to Jennifer, for training and coaching in eventing, dressage, show jumping, hunters, equitation, foxhunting, or pleasure riding. Jennifer shares her love of horses and the sport - and always a strong emphasis on excellent horsemanship - with a positive, goal oriented approach.

Jennifer turned to eventing during a brief stint as a middle school teacher. Shortly thereafter, she took a chance and decided to follow her dreams, pursue a career with horses, and accepted the position as Director of Equestrian Programs for the Greenwell Foundation in Hollywood, Maryland. Greenwell offered therapeutic riding instruction as well as regular riding instruction. Jennifer then found that she wanted to dedicate her time fully to her own goals of riding, training, and teaching; and began working as an instructor and trainer full time.

Jennifer Clover was born in Winston Salem, North Carolina and moved with her family to Summit, New Jersey at age 12. She received a BS in English from Syracuse University in 1990 and later earned a Masters degree in Education from the College of Notre Dame.
